Welcome to the City of Clinton's Self Service Web Portal. For customers new to this portal please click "Customer Care" to the right of this page, then click "Register". You will now sign in to your account using your email address. Once you are registered it is not necessary to wait for the confirmation email. You may proceed to the Tyler Technology Sign In page. To link your Utility Billing account click on the person icon in the top right corner and then click My Account. You will link your account under the Utility Billing tab at the bottom of that page. You will need the Account number and CID number listed on your bill. For help linking your account please call 833-2790.
